At Good Life Careers, we use the The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) or the the Good Life Careers Personality Instrument to assess personality types. The purpose of these assessment tools is to identify which of two opposite aspects of personality is preferred on each of the four variables. Each preference and the sixteen types are equally valuable. No type is better than any other.
